Notes
Video Notes- in this video i learned that you can adjust you pictures brightness after you've already taken s photo with just a plus and a minus button. ISO is a scale that goes from 100-3200 or more this allows you to create stunning photos no matter what time of the day. only increase iso when you need to. low iso photos have more quality then high iso. you can choose how much blur you want in your photo. for this choose your lowest F stock.
1. take control over photo brightness with exposure comprehension
2.use iso to supercharge your low-light photography
3. use aperture priority to blur the background.
4. use F8 Aperture to get the best overall image quality
5.capture sharp landscapes using the highest F-stop number
6.use shutter priority for stunning photos
camera lens
camera lens
.wide angle- common 35mm- <50mm fisheye
.standard- 50mm-human eye view
.telephoto-75-300mm- <50mm zoom in far
.macro- zoom in close up
i just finished reading the camera lens artical, what i learned from it was every camera has lens but there is differnt type of lenses for differnt things. if a lens is a worse quality then another lens it can show blurring and distortion from the original photo. Also the focal length of a photo depends on the angle of view wide lenses have short focal length while tele photo lenses have a long focal length.
ted talk video
i just finished watching the ted talk video about the history of cameras. in this video he talked a lot about the evolution of cameras and how much they have evolved. for example back in the 1800s the camera used to be a giant box they put paper in and it would draw it but would disapear when it hit the light. The camera kept evolving until it is what it is now.
Helen levitt notes
they both are street photography and have multiple people in the background and one in the foreground. these photos show very real motions and I can feel how they were and what they were feeling. it also gives very nice feel of space as I uses the whole road and other people to feel either open or closed. I also like the use of variety with multiple different things and people. over all these photos speak to me in a chaotic way like i busy street. they are also candid and have juxtaposition
